Can’t open a brewery in San Diego without having a bitchin’ IPA. To make this one truly west-coast style we use far more hops than necessary, and we also dry hop with nugs of real chronic because we love to blaze!
Everyone loves a solid Gose beer. Since we love surfing, we made ours with real seawater which gives it an extra salty flavor! Served in a pint glass with a salted rim.
Making a traditional sour is super difficult and brewing books are hard to read, so we just added 75 gallons of fresh-squeezed lemon juice to a witte beer. Super tart!
We like to get hyped while we’re getting wasted, so our nut brown ale is mostly espresso. It’s not FDA approved, but it’s guaranteed to make you turn up!
We took a traditional hefeweizen, and added lactose and beef protein isolate to it. Great beer for getting your swole on at the gym!
Fermented with our proprietary genetically engineered super-yeast, we add over 100 gallons of simple syrup to the boil to make this beer come out at 22% alcohol! Great session beer.
